Terms of Service

Brave Creators provides business coaching content, an online membership community (the "Collective"), courses, digital products, and content/consulting services for Christian entrepreneurs. Services may be updated, expanded, or modified at our discretion.

Collective membership is offered on annual and monthly subscription tiers, including limited-time founding member pricing. By subscribing, you authorize Brave Creators to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (annually or monthly, per your selected plan) until you cancel. Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted. Lapsed or canceled memberships that later resubscribe will be subject to then-current pricing. Prices may change for new members at any time; existing members will be notified of any change to their own renewal pricing at least 30 days in advance.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@bravecreators.co. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal charge, you're entitled to a full refund, for any subscription tier (monthly or annual). Refund requests after the 30-day window are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Canceling stops future billing but does not itself trigger a refund of the current billing period unless within the 30-day window above. Upon cancellation (outside the refund window), you'll retain access through the end of your current paid period.

All content, frameworks, and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to the Protect / Collaborate / Automate framework, The Faithful Mind, the Diligence Blueprint, the Assignment Framework, the 5-System Stack, course materials, templates, and community content authored by Brave Creators, are the property of Brave Creators LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or repackage Brave Creators materials or frameworks as your own without prior written permission.

Separate content-services or consulting engagements are governed by their own signed client agreement, which supplements these Terms.

Brave Creators provides business coaching, educational content, and strategic guidance. This is not professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions, and we recommend consulting qualified professionals (attorney, accountant, financial advisor) for advice specific to your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brave Creators LLC and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including business losses or decisions made based on our content or coaching. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Members of the Collective agree to engage respectfully, refrain from harassment, spam, or promotion of unrelated businesses/products without permission, and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Christian values the community is built around. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend membership for violations, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms, at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
